The Armidale Plaza Thanks Dad Photo Competition
The Armidale Plaza is hosting our own local photo competition. This is a great way to say "Thanks" to you dad, Granddad, Uncle, Step-dad or even older brother,sports coach or other significant man in your children's lives, spending time with them.
$600.00 in Plaza Vouchers to be given away to catagory winners.
Simply bring in your photo (mounted on black cardboard) and fill in an entry form and share the special moment with us while thanking these men for having fun with our children.
Entries open now, closing 31st August, entry is free. There is one prize for adults and one for students aged 17 and under. Entry forms available from Centre Management or from the Armidale Plaza website: www.armidaleplaza.com.au.
Vote for your favourite photo. One lucky voter will win a $100 spending voucher.
Photos that are posted or delivered are to be no larger than A4 size and should be mounted on a black cardboard backing and include a border up to 30mm for display purposes. Photos will unfortunately not be returned.
All entries will also be included in the National Competition

Titled 'Ten minutes after delivery' this moving photograph won the history section of the 2009 Thanks Dad National Competition.
We all have some great pictures that have captured a special moment between a child and a special man in their lives.
These are the type of pictures that make up the Thanks Dad National Exhibition and entries are now open for the Armidale leg. The National Thanks Dad People's Choice Exehibition will be on display at the Armidale Plaza from Monday August 16 to September 5 2010.
Local residents of all ages are encouraged to enter the competition. All entries will be eligible for the national competition, which will tour the country and is aimed at encouraging more men to spend quality time with their children.
The competition is not judged on technical quality-rather on capturing that special moment between the child and the man in their life. Take your photo mounted on black cardboard to the plaza and fill in the entry form available from Centre Management at the Armidale Plaza or on the Armidale Plaza website: www.armidaleplaza.com.au.
